Lam Lu

Lam grew up in Malaysia before moving to Perth to complete his tertiary studies. Lam has been a pharmacist for over 15 years. He enjoys all aspects of pharmacy and has a special interest in community care of mental health and complex medication management. Lam also speaks fluent Cantonese, Malay (and some Mandarin).
Outside of work, Lam enjoys spending time with his young family and playing badminton to keep fit and healthy.
Sydney Aquino

Syd has been a Pharmacist for over 30 years. He has owned his own pharmacies for about 25 years. During that time he has seen many changes in the profession of pharmacy. These days pharmacy is much more than supplying medication. Talking with people, understanding their needs and then providing the best health advice is what Syd loves to do.
When not in the Pharmacy he enjoys time with his two (now grown-up) children, boxing and generally keeping fit.
Josephine (JoJo)

Originally from Hong Kong, JoJo completed her high school education in the UK before moving to Perth to study Pharmacy. She graduated from university in 2020 and has been practising as a pharmacist for four years.
Multilingual in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin, JoJo is a dedicated community pharmacist with a strong passion for empowering people to make confident, informed decisions about their health.
With experience in community care, medication management, and personalised counselling, she is committed to delivering accessible, patient-centred care.
Known for her friendly manner and clear communication, JoJo values building long-term relationships with patients and their families.
Xuan

Starting in 2022 as an intern at Belmont City Community Pharmacy, Xuan has continued her career with us at the pharmacy as a fully registered pharmacist.
Her commitment to patient-centred care and her calm, friendly approach make her a valued member of our professional team.
Xuan is proficient in English, Mandarin and Malay. She takes pride in providing clear medication advice and supporting patients with their everyday health needs.
When she’s not in the pharmacy, she enjoys unwinding and relaxing..
Ivonne

Ivonne has been working with Sydney since 2008.
Originally from Indonesia, she moved to Perth to study pharmacy, where she met Lam during university. They married in 2012 and now have two lovely daughters.
From her extensive pharmacy experience and as a mum, Ivonne has developed a deep understanding of children’s health.
You’ll see her friendly face in the pharmacy from time to time—she loves connecting with people and is always a great listener.
Marlen

Marlen is originally from the Phillipines and has been in Australia for about 7 years.
She has extensive experience in retail pharmacy and has recently done further studies to improve her qualifications to becoming a Level 3 Community Pharmacy Assistant.
While not at work, Marlen is mum to two teenage children and spends her spare time creating scrumptious meals and socialising with friends.
